The acceleration clause appears to have been removed. This actually would not surprise me as past acceleration clauses I have seen have been discretionary at management's request. The exchange acts to benefit the shareholder and treat the listed company fairly. If as it appears the acceleration clause has created downward pressure on the stock then possibly POET may have requested an amendment to the amendment to remove it altogether. If that is true and I'm just making assumptions here the company may have concluded that delaying the exercise will remove pressure on the stock until a significant news release is issued. News regarding 800G before or during OFC could be that news release that creates the required demand to have all warrants (both the subject and debenture) exercised.
