A bit curious no news on the warrant acceleration.  Lets not forget debenture holders will need to convert in a while so why would they have them nearly overlap if they decide not to take advantage of the 30 day clause to get money in by March 9th. One could only speculate and obviously give the company benefit of the doubt they know exactly what they are doing from a timing perspective.

Makes no sense to sell this at this point unless mischief to scare investors or simply the usual investors selling a small part of their stack to flip and try and get in cheaper and -  or a few warrant holders raising cash.
