My guess is that the acceleration of the warrants has been delayed due to a lack of any news release regarding this being triggered and the language in the terms of the warrant ammendment. "The expiry date of the warrants MAYBE accelerated to 30 days.... "  Maybe is legally permissive so it may be or may not be.
