Message: Concerns

I have no concerns about that as it would not have a large price effect.

About 654,000 shares have traded since and included Jan 24 at an average price of $6.76. The warrant holders who have sold shares at this level have a locked in gain of $2.51.  To increase their profit they would have to repurchase these shares and hope to resell at a higher level later. That is risky, so I think most will exercise the warrants and move on.

There is nothing preventing someone from exercising the warrants in advance of their stated maturity. Having done so, these investors will now have PTK shares in their accounts that are immediatley available for trade should the shares spike to $×× some glorious morning. If they remain in their warrants, there will be execution delays that prevent timely harvesting of investment returns.

One other effect, selling by warrant holders will naturally dry up as the share price approaches the trigger level as the profit margin decreases. The reduced supply may not be sufficient to meet demand and the price level  will stabilize.
