Some do need money and the acceleration clause has kicked in with today. 10 days counting down. I would wait with the selling for the next news. 
But, hey, it's easy to say for me not being in the situation.

Anyway, it's short term only. And I POET does underline the current situation with more news, they would help the warrant holders, as they would need to sell less shares.
