Don't worry ABC and any others about a warrant overhang,

The Feb warrants that we're extended to May won't survive mid March as they will be triggered in a few weeks. This is not up to mamgements discretion, the trigger is market related 4.89 for 10 days period. The bulk of the Deb warrants are due early April and those will be out of the way as well by the end of March.

That gives us the all clear ahead signal and as was mentioned the majority of the feb "big lot" are held (I heard this as well) by US institutional investors) so perhaps not as much selling from them, but can't say for sure, but as was also noted the higher the price goes, the less have to be sold by the Deb holders and management. Just warning everyone now, just chillax if management has to sell some shares to exercise their warrants, I would surmise money doesn't grow on trees for them either.

In fact, my view, any who want to add to their position, the next 6-8 weeks are your best shot if all the upcoming "news and product updates" are to occur very soon. Mid March we have nothing to stop us from going higher.

Having said all that, I strongly feel this is the key to this company really taking off, the credibility of their new marketing campaign will need these significant projections (400g transmit/receive 800g ready for OFC, SPX production take up, Celestial AI updates, more NRE, sales, partnerships or JVs for other verticals, Ayar labs or Luminous updates for companies in the very lucrative AI ML markets) to materialize into reality as great news that turns the prospects of this company from a genius invention that was a wonderful lab experiment that turned "real" samples (which is a majestic accomplishment in and of itself) handed out to all these prospects (see company's illustrative customer chart, all the big players are there) into design wins that will create an actual technology disruptor with a platform and here's the key for all of us in a best case scenario, "that can be industrialized with viable/committed partners in all the verticals you could possibly imagine which will advance their disruption around the world!"

I know it's a big statement , but the invention by Dr Suresh Venkatesan saves companies money and can be mass produced, besides the power savings and small size, it's all there, look at the chart that shows Poet vs the competition, ours does it all at wafer scale and less costly, sorry for the repetition, but it's the weekend and I have time to elaborate.
