Again you make assumptions like you always do.

CM got out of that business a long time ago before it collapsed. He came out on top big time. He is currently very busy with a build on what he calls his cottage. His cottage is massive and includes an elevator.  And to do a build of that size and dealing with the number of people involved during shortages is something that would keep me up at night. He has done well for himself but it has all been hard work and smart decision making including who to trust. A lot of dealing with people who will often try to take advantage. But I can tell you this, no one takes advantage of  CM. And he is the first one to roll up his sleeves and help out a neighbor in need.

He is sometimes a little rough around the edges but he calls it as he sees it.
