I know, it was run with a bookmaker and only via the company directly and not really promoted on "the street" and directed at private invoestors mainly.

But the long already invested private investors are tapped out as they have already an awful lot of POET shares. So, some would need (or have) to sell to be able to participate. I decided against that, but could have easily done so. But I didn't want to sell, not sure if this was the most clever mover, but it shows that even a small financing couldn't be filled with the faithful longterm POET shareholders and also not with Marc Lustig.
