POET has a relatively small float.
There's not much volume/churning because there's no volatility in the price.
Each time that the price has fallen, people have added/absorbed more of the float.
Some have been doing this for a decade.
Institutional buying is practically nonexistent.
I believe the float is tightly-held.
I have never been warned by any company that it "would be a big mistake to wait-and-see".
No company would risk their future reputation by saying something like that unless there was substance equal to the weight of the warning.
I've only stated some facts and some opinions.
