That the collective management group (SV, TM and the BOD) figures out a way to disclose meaningful information so that the market can understand the true economic value of the technology. The company cannot "control the market" but they surely can influence the market and attract new investors, institutional and otherwise. To date, this has been nothing short of a disappointment.

This isn't a TM problem, this a function of the NDA's which in my opinion has handcuffed this company immensely. These agreements may have been necessary initially but I think everyone agrees that they are now impairing new investment in Poet as evidenced by the recent and desperate attempts to raise cash.

We have been told exciting news is coming (January?), I really....really hope it's truly meaningful and worthy of garnering the attention of the market et al, if it's more of the same then I stand to be disappointed once again at the company's assessment of what they deem to be exciting news.
