No one seems to acknowledge that the company first needs to have the approval of the warrants holders... Why does everyone think that will work out just fine?

No news, no products and no good IR.... Why should anyone agree to it? 

 

Well of course they'll agree to it. Why wouldn't they?  Pay $4.25 instead of $11.50 otherwise lose them entirely (in all likelihood).  It's a no brainer for warrant holders and they have more time to cough up.
