Merger:  ADTRAN, Inc., [Nasdaq: ADTN] and ADVA [FSE: ADV] (trades on NASDAQ now as ADVOF)

Their closing was in July, 2022.

The combined company is named ADTRAN Holdings, Inc. Its global headquarters are located in Huntsville, AL and its European headquarters are in Munich, Germany.

We should expect to receive an update from POET.  Hopefully this will be a part of the January 2023 updates to the shareholders and the public.

The next couple of weeks will be quieter in the markets and here on the board.  I'd like to wish everyone here a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year.  Remember it's not about how much we have, but what we do with what we have been given.  At the end of our lives we will leave every bit of it behind, so consider helping others, if able, and make it count for something while you are able to.

Let's remember sulasailor (Robert) too.  The board lost someone of value who had the gift of words and the ability to support the board during the many times that we have needed it.  I have missed his postings.
