Lumenge, I  very much trust in Rainers judgment. He unlike most of us does not make emotional assumptions.  So yes the motives of ww3 are suspect. It is an MO we have seen numerous times here.

I will repeat myself once again of the importance for industry and the market to see a production ramp out of SPX. But that being said there is absolutely no reason that the share price can’t move significantly higher based on both forward looking assessments of need and demand and the growing understanding of the pervasive nature of the platform. People familiar with the limitations and costs to provide the level of integration that POET has achieved are looking at their future. 

It has been said that there is not a path forward without POET. Industry is taking note.

I will offer one point that was made during the warrant holder call as frustration about the share price was weighing heavy on the participants.

Suresh commented that he could not control the share price but what he can do is produce a groundbreaking 800G optical engine for demonstration at OFC in March. As we now know the 800G engine form factor is small enough and efficient enough to become multiplied to a 1.6T and 3.2T module that can fit into a pluggable which will meet industries growing requirements.
