This is a modest capital raise, targetting about 1,800,000 shares at $3.81 to total $6.85mm CAD.

There are also 900,000 3-year warrants struck at $4.95. This has a value of about, IMO only, $0.80 per warrant or $0.40 per share and warrant package.

Some shares appear to still be available for sale, in which case they seem to still be a good deal given the warrant.
