I am pretty sure he is asking why the PP wasn’t done in the Highs, when POET uplisted. At that stage the price would have been way higher. Yes, POET told us to uplist without feeding the sharks, BUT now in hindsight it might have been a good thing doing a PP with the uplist. When the macro economics and the stock had been way stronger and supportive than they are now. Looking back now, a PP at the time when management sold their stock, would have been way wiser than now.
