I think she would have joined after.she was asked. It's very uncommon for people to ask to become a director.

As an aside, US CPI was low, and with the Us midterms behind us, equity markets.are risk-on, with markets up 3% so far today. This hopefully may help Poet going forward with capital raises and price appreciation.
