Company reaching out to accredited warrant holders regarding a private placement (PP)is within rules and I appreciate FJ sharing.  Just the usual suspect(S) raising havoc perhaps as you note out of ignorance. We were not privy to the discussion on the Sept call with warrant holders as an example. However we did get to listen to Suresh opening remarks and that is what gives me great comfort.
