The problem was the Debenture holders and the rest of the BOD is they didn't give Suresh the wood he needed because they couldn't take a 20% haircut, hence the need for a small PP and a 1/2 warrant sweetener to give him some wood to put behind his arrows.

Sadly our competitors do this on $300 million budgets like the Rockley's and $200 million for Ayar Labs and Luxteras $130 million. We need to help him so he can continue to deliver on his plan, I personally think he could probably put 150 engineers to work a lot better than those other companies mentioned. He could probably solve all the LiDAR headaches and the interferometer issues that need attention to capture the biggest markets available more quickly.

Just tired of everyone crappin all over him for simple things like needing more funding....he's done it on a shoestring guys.....we're getting closer everyday, it's not his fault the uptake takes more time.....if he had a foundry like Intel or he was doing this for Global Foundries he might have been 2 years ahead of schedule.....and we'd be holding worthless Gallium Arsenide paper notes.
