These people clearly do not meet the criteria for this private placement. Their ignorance in this subject and the market in general after so many years as investors is amazing. 

Again, this happens every single day on the markets. It is so common that even other plankton like myself are explaining it. It's not material news there's no grand delusion. You're either an accredited investor or you're not. When you're part of the club you're part of the club. 

Do you have an account manager contacting you about your $500k can in your account? Or are you buying 350 shares on the open market? There are different levels to this game just like any other. 

The company is raising funds through people similar to Lustig etc who can fill out the paperwork and write a cheque for $250k. They are not spending time on a mom n pop forum whining about the noise we've seen here. Now we just wait to see the terms and you can decide to buy or sell, same as any other day. I'm not selling until we're back in the teens.
