Fair points ABC,

From what I'm hearing the company is not reducing the offering price, so for those participating in a 10% higher offering to get a half warrant they're basically paying 72 cents more currently for a full warrant...IMO still a great opportunity for those that are not or cannot participate but can still take advantage of purchasing a $3.45 stock (pre split its 34.5 cents)....take the 72 cents savings and buy long dated options now you have done your own  version of a PP.... if Poet delivers on their production schedules and new product entries when the tide turns we can reap the rewards since we're in the right sector because of the exponential growth ahead of it and we have the best technology where low cost wins.

Ask yourself this question. How did a small cap share he floor in the Synopsis presentation with Intel and Global Foundries!!
