The timelines are almost beyond their control as stated in numerous meetings and videos. Globally things are becoming more unstable.

if you review all the communication a lot of business updates were explained, albeit not clearly, spelled lower expectations for magnitude of initial purchase orders. 

However I agree that the tone of managements confidence is misleading investors expecting imminent revenue. They simply cannot keep saying things are ready for primetime and not show any revenue on paper
