I never joined or agreed to any such comments before, but after this AGM, he has to go!

The SP is ridiculous and he has lied to shareholders. Based on those lies I have invested more money. Don't tell me "forward looking statements".

He clearly stated that the BOD is currently exercising options. They didn't. He didn't do a financing "from a position of strength" and now we will be diluted to oblivion to keep POET over water. He said we should be a 1 billion dollar company, but sold his shares at the high!!!

Why was he "afraid" (or something like that) just before the NAS listing, but they proceeded?

This is just not responsible and CFO like, certainly not at the best interest of the shareholders.
Now I know why the management doesn't have more skin in the game.

Trust 100% in Suresh's Technologie, but the company needs restructuring and I don't know how the BOD can't see that.
