I am not normally one that believes in radical changes in governance because there is much more stability in the continuity of managment and strategy.

However I agree that we have experienced serious setbacks in valuation due to poor judgement in financial strategy particularly with going on the NAS without any ammunition to propel  or even maintain our Stock Price.

Given these shortcoming I think that changes in financial mangement and financial strategy will be crutial to right this ship
