"In the photo, the OE chip used is a 4x400G FR4 RX chip, which has 4 sets of 400G in one chip. The reason that we only populated 2 sets of them is due to the limitation by the evaluation board. As you can see from the photo, 2 sets means 8 channels and hence 16 GPPO connectors."
