2.48% institutional holdings is pretty abysmal and even though it has gone down a smidgeon from the previous 3 months it has FAILED to go up. Maybe the next reporting period will show otherwise but so far this is not positive no matter how hard it is spun. I feel sorry for anyone that exercised their warrants at $5.00
