We already discussed, the share price is not that important for a company, as it has (on first view) no big impact on the everyday business of the company. Valid, as long as the company does not need financing.

Now, within one year without big sales, POET will have burned through its cash pile. So the share price should get into their focus! If they plan to avoid a further offering, they need the money from warrant holders.

So, they need an SP of at least 1,15 CAD, or a lot of warrants will expire on February 23!
