Stock markets are normally forward looking. They normally look at a company and ask not "what is it worth today" but "what is it worth tomorrow". That is not the case with Poet. We are anchored in the today or maybe even the yesterday. Why? lots of possible reasons; lack of revenue, still seen as a start-up, previous drift in delivering to expectations, financing risk to name a few.
However, once we have revenue and financing risk is no longer an issue the market should start to change the way it looks at us. It will become increasingly forward looking and put a premium on future prospects. When that happens I suggest we might see explosive growth in the share price. That momentum could become self fulfilling and the SP could go to crazy levels initially as we may be overbought, then there may be a slump in price as euphoria fades and ratonality takes over and the market tries to find a realistic price level. What a wonderful problem to have.
What am I trying to say? Don't despair at this price level, it is what it is. However it has the potential to change rapidly. We don't know what the catalyst might be, but it's out there lurking in the shadows. Nothing is ever for certain but as a Long one has to hope, otherwise why am I here?
all imho.
