Just about everyone knew that because inflation was so high and going higher that it was obvious interest rates would have to go up to get this under control. Same thing happened during the late 70's. This wasn't even hindsight. This was spelled out pretty clearly by the fed before our reverse split and uplifting to the Nasdaq. What I don't understand is why they didn't secure a financing when rates were at historical lows. This was a major error in judgement in my opinion.
