My advice is to stop thinking of shorts for the time beyond and the foreseeable future. Nothing much we effectively can do about them anyway. 

I never hear much about shorts when a stock price is rising, but when it falls, well, round up the usual suspects, cuz Lord knows, it can't be the shareholder is wrong about the value of the company!  

If you want something to account for the weak share price, ask one of our Poet tech experts what he or she would tell a prospective purchaser of Poet Technologies who hired that expert to analyze Poet's tech and determine the biggest risk or two of acquiring Poet for its Interposer technology, and how likely is it that those risks will be overcome.
