I wish I had a better handle on the 400g transmit portion of the tech.  Is that a part of the Interposer or is it separate?  How valuable is our tech without the transmit portion perfected?  I hope one of our brilliant techies can explain it to the tech dunces like myself.  

Suresh goes out of his way to identify it as THE crucial component. I trust that those who state with mantra-like regularity that "no question we have the goods," take heed. Like many others have said, there does remain technical risk.
