I think that there is a balancing act in play. POET needs the support of buy and hold institutional type investors but at what price? The facts are that there is runway. Technical progress appears to be on track and  industry must have a solution to the problems that POET can solve. These facts would suggest that they have time and the cards to make a great deal. I think that the options will get a whole lot better as they begin production. In fact, think about the needs of the really big companies that must keep up with their clients' needs. One could easily see these companies wanting to invest in their future and that may include bringing production to the US and other strategic locations.

Options remain open and of course there is slide 21 with a lot of money in options and warrants sitting on the table. But I do believe that industry will see the need to support POET in order to guarantee that their needs are met.

I am definitely breathing a little easier this morning.
