I see in the link that the following terminology is used:

"contracted", "committed" and "engaged"

Without speculating does anyone have any idea what any of these represent?

Contracted? What's the status? Is it linked to a Purchase Order, exactly what is the status and some details that actively promote the technology no more smoke and mirrors 

"Committed" and "Engaged", what in the world does this mean, how about promoting these in such a way that stimulates some excitement.

Like many, getting a little tired of trying to interpret things, for goodness sakes just tell the story so that the public and the market can grasp the greatness of the OI Platform.
