Since this is month end , maybe today's higher volume for Poet in both markets, is because accounts have to be onside and/ or margin calls.. where the drop over the past few days may have triggered this for some unfortunates.

It will be interesting to see if the Company does respond to the current price decline with a news release.

I agree with those who believe it would be a very positive sign if Insiders bought a bundle of shares at these bargain basement prices- but so far no takers- suppose they all have enough options.of course this would not be possible if the company is in "blackout" mode because of imminent news.

Does anybody know if Poet is in blackout now ?

Perhaps an item on the AGM agenda should be to reduce the option amount to 10% instead of the current 20%;  also to consider bringing on board ,on full time basis,as part of Poet personnel, an experienced and well connected (in the photonics industry) IR executive, instead of the current miscellaneous group of part-timers.
