An excellent analogy.

One wonders  who the Board of Directors listened to when they made the decision to rush on to Nasdaq. Evidently somebody did not consider what could happen if you went into shark- infested waters without a strong sponsor who could offer support when needed., and bring some substantial investors to the party.
