However, POET is a Canadian company and a mainly Canadian stock. And in Canada still listed on the venture exchange which is the equivalent to the OTC in the US.

In the last couple of days it seemed that the stock was more or less stable on the NAS but was sold down on the venture and eventually the NAS followed.

Does the TSX.V listing still bring its "vulture" burden onto POET, no matter if listed on the NAS or not? Would an American investor still shy away due to the venture listing? Is still a lot of money and buying power in Canada tapped out as they wouldn't invest in venture stocks?

I never understood really why we stayed on the venture and didn't "grow" to the TSX together with the NAS listing. Money shouldn't have been the issue, as the current share price is the most expensive way for the company to raise any further money. Therefore the expenses in the TSX would be well spent, if it had a chance to support the SP better. Better spent than on Northern Equities for sure.
