Not true. Many stocks have already well recovered from their bottoms (some surely doubled). News can do good in such a market. They just need to be of substance.

Time for POET to get things right now (in terms of the shareprice and shareholders). It's just not right to think, this will take care of itself when the right time has come.

Time to step up here now for the management. It's time to stop the fall and decline of the shareprice to continuously mark new lows.

An ever falling SP weakens the company and the support of shareholders. I think both is not good for the long term prospects. If money is needed, which it will be at some stage, management stated with limited dilution. This can only be the case when the price is as high as possible. And not a a 52-week low.
