Sure if you look at price only, it's good. But if you look at how many years we've waited, lost opportunity cost, and potential revenues/earnings/margins from a unique technology that can literally change the world and be incorporated into EVERYONES products, $5 billion is an insult. 

$5 billion is currently 1/7th of what Chipotle Mexican Grill is valued at, a low-margin restaurant chain. And while everyone needs to eat, not everyone needs to eat THERE. What we are making, everyone, whether they know it or not, WILL NEED.
