Hi,

when it come to Beta sampling, can someone explain or give more clarity about the transmit optical engine.

It seems the 100G transmit engine isn't yet beta sampled. Refer to the interview from the 5:00 to 5:45 mark.

I mean, I get that one-side convert electrical signaling to light for transmission to the reveiver.

The receive optical engine than get the light and convert it back to electronic signaling and POET can already manage higher speed than what is avalaible on the market (1.6 Tbit/sec) on the receiver-end.

But for the transmit optical engine, I would like to get a better understanding of the implications. What is missing for 100G beta sample to be shipped out?
