T.M. is not to blame, if Mgmt. and the BOD did not approve of him

a change would have already been made.

We have top notch Mgmt. We are pre-revenue in a down market with

production scheduled for the near future.

Frustrating as the silence is, I feel certain (my opinion only) there 

is good reason for it and I expect we will be enlightened/updated

at the appropriate time.

You just have to believe...(or not), your choice.

I think constantly berating Mgmt will do us more harm than good,

and trying to tell them how to run the business is not at all helpful.

If we were smarter than they are, we'd be running our own 

company(s).

We are past the point of being speculative.
