Not saying anything should not be a consideration by management. In a period where revenue is lacking, tracking progress towards achieving revenue is of utmost focus to investors. Also, while one can understand that NDA's must be respected, giving SOME update to investors on who those customers could be is typically allowed. Lastly, management issuing a statement alongside the above claiming no material change to outlook should be shared at this point in light of falling share price. This is typical for public companies and should be understood by IR.
