Maybe this is the GaAs "skunkworks" that I (and perhaps others) presume has been seekin a solution to the 4th terminal issue, as well as further refining how POET can go forward more boldly with GaAs after a financial footing from the OI has been established.

It makes sense that someone who learned from Dr. Taylor would carry forward with this.
