That's the double edged sword isn't it? If we have the goods, if we are going to dominate the industry as people routinely predict, why wouldn't someone with "proof of concept" and samples not see the value in taking a run at us with a buyout, it's really the ultimate validation isn't it? And with all due respect, management will be very well taken care of in a buyout, don't be naive; if people think they will hold firm on some ludicrous "premium", you're just kidding yourself. Personally, I've hoped for 30 dollars takeout minimum, but given the weak Nasdaq strategy which has left us vulnerable short term, your number isn't that objectively offensive. Also, this retail idea that they "can't have my shares", you hear that every takeout and it rarely matters if management and any institutional buyers are on side.
Lets hope we get some share appreciation, frankly I have waned confidence on the financial side of this operation atm. Sorry.
