Hey, Guernsey, it's difficult to tell unless one reads way too much of the agreement. And the redactions are annoying, but I'm sure necessary. 

My overall sense is things are going a bit slower than anticipated - perhaps someone here can shed some light on the pace of development of the facility. Certainly some slack is to be given with Covid and supply chain issues. 

We'll see what tomorrow brings.
