Hey don't get me wrong. I feel the same way. I am sure there are many fine lines that management have to walk and to me the ultimate prize is going to be much more than worth it. Really I think the difference is that most people calling out management have never had the opportunity to meet with them and understand what it is they are doing.

So to give an example. Suresh told us that the interposer allows for waveguide cross overs without interference. What does this mean? It means that the receive side and the transmit side can co-exist on different planes. It means in-plane and out-of-plane capability; it means a level of flexibility that makes it easy to work with for designers and an efficiency that industry has to see for their own eyes to believe it. They have developed a technology that can be built in very high volume that reduces the billing of materials and the number of steps to a level industry has never seen before. A lot of this kind of information is slow to come out and there are reasons for this. 

Do people think that the new center in Singapore just happened by accident? People here would rather talk about what they aren’t doing instead of paying attention to what they are doing. Why not get bent out of shape over a spelling error. Or why not ridicule them for pushing out those tweets and video’s. Too late some already have.
