PTK is year to date -4.44%.

Nasdaq 100 is year to date -12.21%

Nasdaq Composite is year to date - 12.36%

and, the Philly Semiconductor index is year to date -20.93%

Yep - we all thought "position of strength" meant that there were press releases in the back pocket ready to go.  And, some folks bought into that for a trade and ran the stock up ahead of the Nasdaq listing which is why it feels bad now.  In reality, you can't just hold onto a press release and wait to drop it at the right time.  FJ is probably right that there is news out there that management is unsure of the exact time it will drop 

Now there is no volume and the stock seems to drift down mid-day on a few hundred shares. I see odd lots getting tossed out.  I have been and will continue to drop in daily for a couple of hundred or a thousand here and there while we wait. 

I don't understand why folks are selling but would nonetheless like to thank all the sellers.
