POET management have never talked about the stock being held down for a low ball offer. They have however talked about the need to be on the NASDAQ at a min price of $5US to enable Institutional Investors to buy. They clearly need to give them a reason to buy and I believe that will happen, when it happens but I think it will be fairly soon.
