Insignificant reduction I would say.

However, this beautiful chart setup as a cup and handle was just posted on StockTwits.

Very strong and positive chart signal. So I would assume that those shorts may want to cover in full rather sooner than later.

As it also looks like the chart is finally turning with a possibility for a Golden Cross, all coming from a cup and handle position.
