Hate to say it but Breeze is venting what I  have wondered as well as some of you posting similar  thoughts given the trading pattern this past week. I dont think it will come to pass given what Tom stated a few months back at the Needham conference call just few months ago. Afterall, corporate integrity would be at stake vis a vis the public and shareholders.

Still trading this week has a somewhat similar pattern to a set price for a financing that i have seen at times on the venture exchange. Justified interest is building via higher than normal volume yet price is controlled. No way with vast majority of shares owned by retail, that they would want out at these prices in the numbers we have seen this week. No doubt entities want in as they are likely accumulating but why is there no sp price upward movement. Organized short and distort is often the culprit but for what means.

Remember Tom noted clearly at the Needham conf call a few months back with a highly experienced astute analyst interviewer, there would be no financing until sp, price post consolidation was much higher to minimize dilution.

Typically however what I  have seen in cases to justify a change, managment will hilite the environment is dynamic and there is an imiminent need for new funds via a financing potentially as a result of an unexpected material development to satisfy the requirement.

Of course this  a bit of chiken and the egg....Again if it were come to pass, out of respect and more importantly for corporate integrity purposes following  a 10 -1 consolidation, first  announce the good news and let the share price rise close to or at the 1 billion valuation we should probably be at. Remember both Tom and Suresh have stated very recently were are considerably undervalued where we stand today ( not tommorrow)

I can envisage if the need were so for a sooner than expected financing, is a joint announcement of a major deal partnership with a large tech company in tandem with a prelim financing to satisfy potentially the capacity requirement. The financing price would be determined either on resetting the valuation of the company at a much higher price than today or at an  average of trading so many days after announcement not before. ( thinking here of the 300mil shelf prospectus)

Its so easy to overthink every scenario possible but have to say its both scary and exciting at the same time to muse about it ( Hey did Tom not say the same thing upon Nasdaq Launch:)
