Actually it was me in the Reddit Coffee Lounge questioning Edward's profile and experience, asking for more information: "Anyone has more information about Edward Cornejo? Is he still VP at POET? Linkedin says he's working at Google? https://www.linkedin.com/in/edwardcornejo/"

I found out after reading Edward's answers in a 2020 blog made by Adrian: https://poet-technologies.com/blog/2020-dec-15.html and I couldn't resist to look him up.

I found a message from Agoracom that must have been a copy of an intro on the POET website "Edward Cornejo was most recently Senior Director of Service Provider Solutions at MACOM Technologies where he worked with end customers to design, develop and manufacture optical solutions for data center applications utilizing internal device, component and integration capabilities. Prior to that, Cornejo served in various individual contributor and senior management roles at Google Fiber, Opnext (now Lumentum), Lucent Technologies and Lytel (later became Tyco). Cornejo has 30+ years of experience in optoelectronics integrated designs and bringing those designs to mass production. Cornejo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical engineering and Master’s degree in Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology."

Linkedin says he was Technical Program Manager at Google Fiber from 2015-2016, so the text above is correct. But his Linkedin says he is working at this very moment at Google and he is mentioning POET too.

He also worked at MACOM for 6 years along with many others in the POET team. POET has very strong connections here.

Is it possible that POET erased info about Edward on the website to avoid the connection going public? We don't know.

Is it possible we might see a huge bid/ask gap soon?

The highest volume ever was 229k, I think. We have now 139k in pre-market. Things will move.
