POET needed to uplist now for good reasons. Yes they need a big announcement and I think they are gearing up for this. Ducks have to be lined up, reports, analyst, in order to prepare the market. They uplisted to prepare for this.

 

I am standing by. Volume has picked up and we know that often volume precedes price.
